Sovereign · D2 actor taxonomy
The substrate runs on edge silicon the buyer owns, settles outside the dollar rail, and writes every action to a chain the buyer independently verifies. No cloud. No fleet. No foreign dependency. Engagements are not discussed in writing prior to non-disclosure. Initial contact is by letter, on the institution’s letterhead, to the address below.
Audit chain · third-party verifiable
The audit chain head is anchored by an OP_RETURN inscription on the public Bitcoin ledger. A buyer with no knowledge of this site or this founder can audit the chain by reading the block and walking the SHA-256 hash sequence to the present.
The headline anchor is one of eighteen public-network events across a five-layer commitment topology — OP_RETURN, Ordinal inscriptions, Lightning channel openings, OpenTimestamps calendars, and a Merkle commitment ready to broadcast. Confirmed between 25 April and 6 May 2026; every layer cross-attested across two heterogeneous GPU architectures.
Audit attestation does not require trust in the operator. It requires only the ability to read public infrastructure.
Settlement · cryptographic pre-acceptance
Verified on a live daemon log. The same silicon hosts the render kernel, the audit chain, and a Lightning node on the Bitcoin mainnet. One stack; three concurrent contracts of accountability.
Engagement
Government-procurement listing in place. Methodology aligned to ISO 14040 / 14044 / 14064-2. Substrate is air-gappable. Data residency is the operator’s choice. There is no client list.
Applications by written brief, on institutional letterhead.
