Every routed call emits a signed event recording the model used, the tokens consumed, the inferred energy and carbon, and the counterfactual emissions of running the same task against the frontier baseline. The difference, conservatively discounted, is what the methodology calls saving. We show the central value and the bounds. The bounds are what make the number indisputable.

Every per-call event is appended to a SHA-256 chain on disk and anchored periodically on Bitcoin mainnet via OP_RETURN. The chain head is third-party verifiable without the operator’s assistance.
