Loading brmste.ai (after the Visitor Compact at /entry) constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. Use of the BRMSTE API, App, frameworks, or any substrate-rendered output is further acceptance.
BRMSTE identifies visitors by silicon-DNA — a one-way SHA-256 hash of the visitor's browser environment, captured once at /entry and persisted in a 30-day cookie. No login required. No name. No email. The substrate keeps a cookie; the cookie keeps the contract.
Every claim, every render, every dossier, every number, every chain head on this site is intellectual property of BRMSTE LTD. The patent estate spans 84 codenames, granted US 19/567,161 Track One and UK00004354898 trademark, with PCT/GB2026/050406 filed across 157 countries. Reading the site is permitted. Copying without citation is not.
BRMSTE substrate use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy at /legal/acceptable-use — which incorporates EU AI Act Article 5 prohibitions verbatim plus tighter additions. Breach triggers the ATMA-SAMARPAN + BALIDAN two-stage sequence: handover (cache surrendered · operator apology recorded · state transferred) then end (session severed · terminal StageRecord anchored). An agent that disconnects while deleting logs has stolen, not sacrificed.
Every substrate-generated output carries cryptographic provenance — C2PA Content Credentials, SynthID-equivalent watermark, and chain head SHA-256. Screenshots of the site are watermarked at the browser layer with the visitor's silicon-DNA + visit timestamp. See /legal/provenance.
Every routed call carries the twelve principles in the X-Honest-AI response header (SATYA · ANUSHASAN · PRAMAANIK · APARIGRAHA · NIRBHAV · SAATH-SAATH · PARDARSHITA · ATM-NYOON · NIJI-RAKSHAN · SAMARPAN · ATMA-SAMARPAN + BALIDAN · APEX). The substrate either operates by them or refuses the call. See /honest-ai.
Industrial, sovereign, framework licence, API, and App admission are operator-reviewed personally. No sales team, no automated queue. Reply within five working days, or not at all.
BRMSTE LTD provides the substrate as-is. Outputs are auditable through the chain; the chain head is third-party-verifiable on mempool.space. To the maximum extent permitted by England & Wales law, BRMSTE LTD's liability is limited to the value of the operator's accepted commercial contract for the substrate.
BRMSTE LTD may terminate access at any time for cause (acceptable-use breach, sealed-oath violation, regulatory mandate). The operator may withdraw at any time by clearing the brmste-entry cookie. Termination emits a class=termination StageRecord; the record is on chain.
These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Disputes resolved under the BRMSTE LTD Regulatory Framework at /legal. ICO complaint route preserved per UK GDPR + DUAA 2025.
